"You got my vote. The fees keep going up and up a lot of it seems like it's to support a ski area than no one even skis . Iit's not a good mountain unless you're a beginner. Also, the golf course we paid to maintain it. The golf fees are just about as high as if you were paying on a public course. I also own a home at North Star, their fees are $1700 for the year and includes the shuttle bus, the rec center fire and security. There ski Mountain and golf course are privately owned. That way, they can keep their homeowners dues low and not have them have to burden the homeowners."
